How do you rate Rooney? He has not been scoring goals for Everton except for England.
Do you think he is over-rated?

Come on guys...Rooney is good, cant deny that.
But he is only 18, we cant have him shouldering all the responsibility for our dismay run. The whole team has to pull themselves together and start winning.
We just hope that Rooney will be with us for as long as possible. Better still if this is his only club... ;D ;D ;D

when we do not have strikers n keep losing we give the excuse of not having alot of strikers, now we have alot of strikers we r still drawing blanks n we have gone 409 mins without a goal until radzinski pull 1 back against Blackburn....for the records....jeffers (0) mcfadden (0) campbell (0) chadwick (0) Radzinski (3) Ferguson (2) Rooney (1)
we better start scoring if not we will be like leeds united soon.....have a feeling we will beat wolves though....

He's not over rated..Certainly not..Who said he's goal poacher? what they mean by talent is that this guy has enormous talent compared to many players!! Just taht he has yet to apply his talents day in day out..U guys are forgetting that when he's on the pitch, ooo he runssss for the abll all the time, he get himself in bust up, in short he's everywhere..He's been doing those passes that make u go,' woahh!!' but i must agree he hasnt really score those goals..Rooney isnt really a goal poacher..I see him as the mastermind behind the goals..An amateur mastermind..lol..give him time..

I dun believe that we, so-called Evertonians are doubting Rooney's ability??
The problem is, everyone expects too much from him. Rooney's only 18. He still has a lot to learn. It will be another season or two before we see the best of Rooney consistently.
Let's get this straight, Rooney is not a great goal-scorer but he's a scorer of great goals.
Lay off Rooney people!!!

Do agree sometimes he plays better as a provider than a scorer. Of course would be glad that he remains a Evertonian forever but he must not keep missing those precious chances. Maybe he should switch more to a midfield position at the moment while he is still learning. Any opinion? I did scan a copy of his big picture on one of the previous Today's paper and put it on my office desktop as wallpaper. d**n proud of it. If any of you guys want it, would be glad to forward to you guys if I can still find the file.

we are very happy to have Rooney in our team...a home-grown talent.
lately have seen quite a number of teens wearing the kejian jersey, i think partly because of Rooney. just hope that this new group of supporters understand some history of everton before calling themselves die-hard evertonians....
